Add FpsStats ECS resource to orbital_ecs_bridge (fps, total_delta_time,
cycle_delta_time) updated every second by the runtime
Populate FpsStats in ModuleRuntime::update() alongside the terminal log
Update cycle_delta_time every frame so the HUD shows live per-frame delta
Display FPS stats as the first line in the Iced HUD, above Health/Mana

fix(ci): use HTTP for internal Forgejo push URL

3090b402c8

The CI runner's GITHUB_SERVER_URL resolves to the internal
forgejo-http.forgejo.svc.cluster.local:3000 which serves HTTP,
not HTTPS. Using https:// caused a GnuTLS handshake failure.
