cargo clippy -- -D warnings fails on main with two dead_code errors in
the iOS simulator helpers: Simulator::device_type is never read and
shutdown_simulator is never called. Both are planned functionality that
is not wired up yet, so annotate them with #[allow(dead_code)] (the
convention already used elsewhere in the workspace).

Without this, lint.yml fails on every PR and its auto-fix bot pushes
unrelated commits to PR branches.
